Hello councillors! I know it's been so long since you've heard from me. So, today is my surprise come back. Happy? Happy? Not happy? Aiyoh. Nevermind!

Firstly, I hope you guys like the new blogskin I've made. Most of the credit goes out to InkSPLASH, the creator of the blogskin. I just added the background and a group picture.
